WEIRD, BIZARRE and UNUSUAL (.1354)

PENNY-PINCHING TIMES 2,500
Chambersburg, Pa. - After receiving a $25 parking fine, Justin Greene was told his 2,500 pennies payment was not allowed under a federal rule designating copper coins as small change — not tender for debts greater than 25 cents. But manager Jeffrey Stonehill said nickels and dimes were okay. (http://www.denverpost.com/witness/ci_28633565/disgruntled-man-cant-pay-parking-fine-rolls-pennies)
THEY DESERVE THE SAME
Two Texas men, Jimmy Garza Jr., 32, and Ramiro Serrata Jr., 22, were indicted for a hate crime August 17, 2015, accused of sodomizing and beating a gay black man with multiple objects, including a frying pan, coffee mug, belt and chair. They also “pistol whipped" him with a handgun and poured household cleaner and chemicals into his eyes and face. MAYBE HE’S MOON STRUCK?
Remember Edgar Mitchell, the sixth astronaut to walk on the moon? He told Mirror online he believes peace-keeping aliens visited our planet to prevent a nuclear war between Russia and the United States. He says, “They wanted to know about our military capabilities.” Adding, “Other officers from bases on the Pacific coast told me their (test) missiles were frequently shot down by alien spacecraft.” (http://www.foxnews.com/science/2015/08/15/apollo-14-astronaut-claims-peace-loving-aliens-prevented-nuclear-war-on-earth/)
