Nathan Phifer, 28, was arrested after he entered an H-E-B grocery store near Houston, Texas, guzzling two bottles of wine in a bathroom, before stuffing sushi in his pants and trying to leave. Another Texas man was charged with stealing $2,000 worth of beef from at least 19 H-E-B stores; which he re-sold to barbecue restaurants. Missoula, Mont. – According to KGVO-AM, Ryan Payne, 31, called 911 after breaking into a car and accidently locking himself in the trunk. He later faced multiple misdemeanor charges, including criminal mischief for damage he did to the car while trying to get out.
