WEIRD, BIZARRE and UNUSUAL (.1116)

HE’LL NOT NEED AN ATTORNEY
Ralik Ansen, 28, suspected in a dramatic New York City jewelry robbery, heard a knock at the door of a Brooklyn home he occupied in October 2014, and rapidly hid under a couch ... accidentally shooting himself, to death. The knock at the door was only a delivery person.  (http://nypost.com/2014/11/14/man-wanted-in-cartier-robbery-accidentally-shoots-himself-dead/)
IT CAN UNCLOG... THE SKY
Mark Oberholtzer, owner of Mark 1, a Texas plumbing company, was surprised to suddenly receive a flood of threatening phone calls. All because, one of his trucks, still bearing his company’s logo and phone number, was posted on Twitter all the way from Syria. (His trade-in had been resold and exported.) The offensive calls were generated because of conversion equipment added by the Islamic militant group Ansar al-Deen Front.   That being anti-aircraft artillery weaponry. THEY OUGHT TO KNOW
In November 2014, a clothing store in Beijing, China, offended some nationals by posting a sign on its door, "Chinese Not Admitted, except for staff." An employee told the Beijing Youth Daily newspaper that some Chinese customers are, "too annoying” and that the women often try on lots of clothes but buy nothing. In China, except for Hong Kong, there’s no law against racial or ethnic discrimination. (http://shanghaiist.com/2014/11/27/chinese-not-admitted-beijing-store-sign.php)
