WEIRD, BIZARRE and UNUSUAL (.1115)

COULD HE SHOOT WITH HIS TEETH?
Bail was lowered on December 16, 2014, for Marcus Hubbard, who’d been jailed since his arrest in August over gun possession charges. The amount was reduced after defense lawyer Carolyn Turner explained to a Trenton, N.J., judge, her client was long ago injured in an auto accident and appeared to have Lou Gehrig's disease, claiming “He cannot move his arms. They are useless to him." (The AP, 12-16-14)
COOKING UP LOTS OF “CABBAGE”
Since 1949, amateur bakers and dough enthusiasts around America have participated in Pillsbury’s Bake-Off competition. The most recent winning recipe was for Peanutty Pie Crust Clusters, using extremely simple ingredients - refrigerated pie crust, vegetable shortening, peanut butter and some salted cocktail peanuts. Easy or not, the winner still got $1 million. (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/12/16/pillsbury-bakeoff-winner-one-million_n_6333830.html?utm_hp_ref=w)
PERFECT GIFT FOR POLITICIANS
About 30,000 people have bought an unusual joke gift from a company named Cards Against Humanity. Though it would not be polite to tell the exact name of this item, initials are BS, and is more politely known as male bovine feces. A recent report says people are re-selling these boxes of poop on eBay for up to five times the sticker price.
